This week our Shining Stars are; Lois, Tobie, Archie and Lincoln.
Lois was chosen for showing so much courage and resilience during Sports Day on Thursday. Well done Lois for trying your best despite feeling nervous before races in the afternoon. You were amazing and we felt very proud of you!
Tobie was chosen for his fantastic writing. He has worked hard to include interesting adjectives in his description of a snail. Well done Tobie!
Archie was chosen for working hard during computing. Elm class have been looking at how we can control sprites with various commands and how we can make a character move up, down, left and right. However, Archie managed to take this a step further. He added animations to each movement and sound effects to help his character feel more alive.
Lincoln was chosen for encouraging and supporting others so brilliantly on Sports Day. He showed our school values of courage, friendship and respect in both the field and track events. Thank you for your excellent sportsmanship.
Well done everyone, some excellent achievements during our busy first week back!
